
Shipping Policy
At Royal E'chelon, we are committed to providing you the best of the best! This commitment is not just for our products but our process as well. Your order will be processed 48-72 hours after payment is received unless you purchase during a sale, then the processing time is 3 to 5 business days. We only ship Monday through Friday, all items are shipped via "USPS Priority Mail" (domestic) & standard mail (international). Our standard shipping takes 7 to 10 business days to deliver. WE DO NOT SHIP TO P.O. BOX. A signature is required to ensure the safety of all merchandise. If no one is available to sign, items will be sent to your local Post Office for pick-up. If for any reason an item is shipped back to our facility, for any reason, we will ship the package back and invoice the customer for return shipping cost. Refunds will not be issued for hair that is returned to our company from your local post office. We are not responsible for carrier delays due to inclement weather, holidays, natural disasters, etc. Our company is not responsible for lost, damaged, undelivered, or stolen merchandise. Insurance is available upon request from the customer. We recommend making your hair appointment with these time frames in mind. If you are out of time and need your hair tomorrow, we got you covered! We offer an Express service so you can keep your appointment. Orders must be placed by 12:30 CST to ship out the same day. No shipping on weekends and Holidays.

Tracking numbers will be sent when merchandise is in route. Tracking numbers will come from Paypal. Tracking numbers are not provided at the time of purchase. However, you will receive an (Order Confirmation/Receipt). Please feel free to track your orders at USPS.COM

International orders take 10-15 business days for shipping and this does not include processing time, please allow 5-7 days processing time. Tracking will be provided ( 7-10 business days for receipt of international tracking ).

Return & Exchange policy
Returns: If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or materially different, you may return an eligible item for a 100% exchange within 7days. All refund, including the original shipping charges and taxes, within 7days of the shipment receive date, provided you follow the proper return procedure and eligibility guidelines as described below in the “Returns and Exchange Procedure” section. Additionally, in case of an exchange in this situation, we will ship you the exchanged item free of shipping charges in UPS Ground shipping method.
All Return must be returned within 7days of the shipment receive date and will be subject to a $15 re-stocking fee for each item. Returns/Exchanges are processed within 10 business days of receipt of the returned item at Royal E'chelon Glam Bar. Return shipping charges cannot be refunded. Please note that, following situations are NOT considered by Royal E'chelon Glam Bar to be materially different or defective and are not eligible for a 100% exchange under this section:
- Color is either lighter or darker than what you expected. Since, our hair is raw and unprocessed there may be variations in color between different bundles of hair. We try our best to sort the hair into similar group of colors (Natural Black, Natural Dark Brown), but we cannot guarantee an exact match.
-The texture is too wavy/curly or less wavy/curly than what you expected. Since, our hair is raw and unprocessed there may be variations in texture between different bundles of hair. We try our best to sort the hair into similar group of textures (Natural Straight, Wavy, and Curly), but we cannot guarantee an exact match.
-The texture is too straight or less straight than what you expected. Our straight hair texture is really straight and sometimes it can be silky straight. Since, our hair is raw and unprocessed there may be variations in texture between different bundles of hair. We try our best to sort the hair into similar group of textures (Natural Straight, Wavy, and Curly), but we cannot guarantee an exact match.
(c)Time Limit and Right of Refusal: Exchanges will not be accepted after 7 days of the shipment receipt date. Royal E'chelon Glam Bar has the right to refuse the return/exchange of any hair good based on the following reasons:
The merchandise must be exchanged in its original state. We cannot accept hair pieces that have been used or worn, have loosened curls, have visible tangles, have visible hair products, have been bleached, or colored, or chemically processed, or emits odors, or the wefts have been cut into pieces, or the hair length or volume is trimmed by cutting.
The merchandise is damaged.
Pieces of the products are missing
It is past the acceptable return time of 7 days
Original tags and packaging are missing or damaged.
Proper Return Procedure as mentioned in this section is not followed by the customer.
Returns and Exchange Procedure:
At ROYAL E'CHELON GLAM BAR exchanges are simple, easy and quick. Our Customer Service Center will personally guide you over the phone to assist you with your exchanges. All you have to do is to follow the authorized Exchange Procedure as described here, for an eligible return of exchange.
Step 1: After receiving your item(s), open the box and visually examine the product to verify if you have received the color and texture you have ordered. You can gently take the hair out of the hair-net without detaching/unraveling. At this stage you should be able to determine if the products you have received is damaged, defective or materially different that what you have ordered. If so, do not detach the hair, or discard the box. The box has important batch identification information that is needed to process exchange.
Step 2: Call our Customer Service Number printed at the back of the box and published at our website with your detailed order information and package information available with you. Our Customer Service associate will then create a Return Merchandize Authorization (RMA) for an eligible return or exchange and guide you through the Return and Exchange procedure over the phone.
Note: Your Return or Exchange request cannot be accepted without an approved RMA by our Customer Service Center. Please do not ship back any purchased item to any address obtained from our website, documents or packaging without contacting our Customer Service and obtaining and RMA first
All terms of payment are always 100% upfront. As soon as you place an order online your credit card will be charged. We have zero tolerance for credit card fraud and theft of our merchandise. Any fraudulent purchases will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Please read the following terms to understand our policies in full.
SALES/ DISCOUNT CODES/ COUPONS
In the case a customer is granted a personal discount code (separate from sale codes), the code can only be used on regularly priced items. You cannot apply discount codes to the sale items. IF the code is provided by Royal E'chelon Hair Company for a sale, the code can be used on all items. No discounts or coupon codes will be applied to existing orders.
